Indian outsourcing companies biggest contenders for USH-1B visas

The US H-1B visas will soon have to be rechristened outsourcing visas. It is now becoming a decisive tool for Indian outsourcing vendors to gain expertise in the US and win offshoring contracts from Western companies. The US tech companies are lobbying the Congress for a higher H-1B quota, and so is the Government of India, on behalf of Indian business interests.
