South Africa launches an incentive program to promote the country as a global outsourcing hub. The 'Government Assistance and Support Programme' aims at reducing red tape and facilitating the entry of both new and growing outsourcing players into the country. The program will also initiate targeted marketing directed at identified high-impact foreign investors whose profiles will provoke investor interest.
