Indian IT sector's efforts to counter attrition

The boom in the Indian offshore services is spelling extravagantly creative HR policies among IT companies to hire and retain staff. Keeping the best people is a constant struggle and the top tech companies are getting increasingly sophisticated about how they reward their employees. Apart from high salaries and perks, the Feel-Good factor is enforced through club memberships or luxurious campuses where staff can swim, play golf or tennis, catch movies and even visit the zoo.
