24/7 enters into the accounting outsourcing arena

Leading Indian BPO 24/7 Customer Inc has entered the Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) scene. The BPO intends to further expand its partnership with Aviva Global Services to provide support in general ledger and reconciliation processes at its center in Chennai. Aviva and 24/7 Customer began their partnership under the BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) model back in 2003.
