Unisys to open BPO center in South Africa

Unisys Africa, a subsidiary of US technology group Unisys, is expected to open a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) center in South Africa. Criteria for deciding center location include infrastructure, labor costs and customer base. Unisys has stated that South Africa compares favorably with other leading outsourcing contenders like India and Hungary.
