Teletech lands multi-year finance outsourcing deal

Teletech Holdings, a global BPO provider, has signed a multi-year agreement with a leading global money transfer services company. In a multi-year deal with the client, a Fortune 500 financial services company, TeleTech will provide BPO services in the areas of product technical support, retail agent technical training, and will design the client's virtual agent campus.
