Prudential to sell Indian BPO

UK-based Prudential PLC is thinking of selling its BPO unit in India. Prudential Process Management Services (PPMS) with an employee strength of 1,800 people handles the back office operations of PLC. The company has been undertaking initial level talks with many investment bankers for a possible deal.
