Cadbury to outsource to Genpact

Cadbury Schweppes will outsource a major part of its accounting and HR activities to Genpact India in an effort to battle rising costs and shrinking margins. Outsourcing in back-office processing, IT and chocolate processing are the main items on the cards. Cadbury is expected to outsource over 500 jobs to India by the end of the year as part of its ‘Vision in Action Programme’.
