Accentia to acquire US-based firms

Mumbai-based Accentia Technologies, a business process outsourcing firm, has signed the final agreements to acquire two US-based companies GSR Physicians Billing Service (GSR PBS) and GSR Systems. The two acquisitions will add $2.5 million to the topline in the year 2007.
